Job summary

ColliCare Logistics is seeking a proactive logistics dispatcher to coordinate export/import transports, with a focus on Norway. You will manage daily disposition, communicate with agents and hauliers, and handle transport documentation while collaborating with the Denmark team and other ColliCare offices.

The role requires Norwegian and English language proficiency, a team-oriented mindset, and experience with common tools like Outlook, Excel, and a TMS (Soloplan-Carlo).

Qualifications

• Export/import transport experience, preferably with Norway.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and documentation.
• Good command of Norwegian language and English (oral and written).
• Enthusiastic team player, assertive and creative.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, and TMS tooling.

Responsibilities

• Daily disposition of goods to and from Norway.
• Contact with agents and hauliers at home and abroad.
• Settlement of transport and related administrative matters.
• Close cooperation with the operational department in Denmark and other ColliCare countries.
• Manage all documents related to transport (import/export).
• Contact existing customers and seek out new ones.
• Always keep customer service in focus.
