Job summary

Nordsjællands facilities ApS is seeking a Transport Coordinator in Denmark to join our transport team. The role involves coordinating daily operations, supporting drivers, and ensuring transportation assignments are completed smoothly and efficiently.

You will organize daily transportation, allocate tasks to drivers, communicate with customers and partners, and handle changes or delays to keep operations on schedule. English skills are required, and Danish knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple transportation assignments simultaneously.
• Experience in transport, logistics or administration is preferred.
• Previous driving experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable using computers and standard office software.
• Good English skills. Knowledge of Danish will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate daily transportation and driving assignments.
• Allocate tasks to drivers and maintain regular communication with them.
• Keep track of ongoing transportation assignments and follow up when required.
• Perform driving duties when additional driver support is needed.
• Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and external transport partners.
• Respond to changes, delays, and operational issues related to transportation.
• Register completed assignments and follow up on deliveries and trips.
• Help ensure that all planned transportation is carried out efficiently and according to schedule.
• Support the company with general administrative duties related to transport operations.
