ECCO is recruiting an (Senior) FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning and analysis across the group. You will lead core planning processes, work with markets and functions, and strengthen forecasting tools with SAP, Power BI and Anaplan.
You will deliver driver-based narratives to management, support monthly forecasts up to 24 months, and translate sales and inventory movements into quantified financial impact in a fast-paced, international environment.
Are you seeking a role in which you can bring clarity, insight, and forward-looking financial direction to one of the world’s leading footwear brands?
At ECCO, our numbers reflect the full story of our customers, products, stores, digital growth, and global footprint. ECCO owns the entire value chain from leather and production through to sales across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels worldwide. As a (Senior) FP&A Analyst, you will play a central role in turning this data into insights that guide decisions across the organisation.
You will join Group FP&A and work alongside colleagues across Performance Management and Forecasting & Budgeting. Your analysis directly informs decisions at the Managing Board and Board of Directors level reflecting both the high standard expected and the genuine visibility of the role.
You will independently lead core financial planning and analysis processes while collaborating closely with colleagues across markets, functions, and business areas. You will also contribute to refining and improving planning tools, working with SAP, Power BI and structured forecast models to strengthen transparency, data quality and efficiency.
We are strengthening how ECCO plans and steers performance - sharpening our forecasting model, tightening the connection between the financial forecast and the commercial and operational plans, reinforcing performance follow-up, and continuously raising the standard of analysis and insight.
You bring relevant experience from a comparable role and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment. With a structured and proactive mindset and attention to detail, your contribution extends beyond explaining variance - you ensure it translates into action.
You will be part of a team that upholds transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement, within a working environment grounded in trust, autonomy, and a sound balance between professional and personal life.
This position is based on-site at ECCO’s headquarters in Bredebro, Southern Denmark, and no relocation assistance is provided. We believe the best work happens when people are in the same room, and that is how our team works, and it is a large part of what makes it worth joining.
Within that, we are pragmatic about everyday life. A doctor’s appointment, a family commitment, and the occasional day when working from home simply makes more sense.
For additional information about the role, you can reach out to Andrew Thomsen, Manager, Performance Management for Group FP&A, on +45 21 66 54 15.
