Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives that modernize processes and systems across our organization. You will drive cross-functional delivery, develop detailed plans, and enable measurable performance improvements to build a scalable finance backbone for growth.

The role requires deep experience in Lean/Six Sigma, ERP systems, and complex program management within a global manufacturing context, with a focus on delivering results

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience with 5 years in project management or operational excellence, preferably in finance-focused projects.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process-improvement expertise.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects in large, global manufacturing settings.
• Experience with ERP and finance software across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, timeline, resources, and budget to meet outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans with dependencies and schedules.
• Oversee budget, flag deviations, and enable informed decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and sites to deliver requirements.
• Lead process-mapping workshops and document current and future states.
• Track KPIs, drive improvements, and assess solution effectiveness.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and training plans.
• Support business cases for stage-gate requests and present status reports.
