Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Finance Transformation to lead strategic initiatives modernizing finance processes, systems, and ways of working. You will drive cross-functional delivery, enable measurable performance improvements, and build a scalable finance backbone for growth.

You will manage scope, budget, risks, and timelines across multiple sites, develop detailed plans, and support change management and business cases for stage-gate requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with substantial experience.
• 10+ years professional experience; 5+ years in project management or operational excellence, preferably on finance projects.
• Master’s degree or PMP/related certification preferred; Lean/Six Sigma or Agile experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timeline, resources, and budget to achieve outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans with dependencies, responsibilities, and schedules.
• Oversee budget and flag deviations for timely decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate cross-site finance resources and materials to meet requirements.
• Execute process mapping workshops to document and optimize processes and workflows.
• Track KPIs and use results to drive transformation initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders and support change management, communications, rollout, and training.
