With 3+ years of experience and a Master’s degree, you will communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, work independently, and collaborate to deliver value across Novo’s value chain.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, economics or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to keep the overall purpose in mind.
• Clear, precise communication with people at all levels of the organisation.
• A self-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
• Strong collaboration skills and a focus on succeeding as a team.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
