Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Finance Business Partner in EITQ Finance. You will plan and allocate resources, control and report performance to senior management, shaping the financial thinking behind a vast EVP area.

You will collaborate with Enterprise IT and Quality, delivering financial insights that drive healthier outcomes across the Novo value chain. The role emphasizes strong analytical capability, independent work, and clear communication in English, with Australia support and growth

As Finance Business Partner in EITQ Finance, you turn financial insight into better decisions across Enterprise IT and Quality (EITQ). From day one you help plan and allocate resources, control and report performance to senior management, and shape the financial thinking behind an EVP area of more than 6,500 people and around DKK 9 billion. What you’ll bring

Who you’ll work with

You will join EITQ Finance, part of Novo Business Finance, responsible for the financial management of the largest EVP area within Staff Functions – more than 6,500 employees and approximately DKK 9 billion across the Novo value chain.

You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, bringing financial clarity to conversations where priorities are set and decisions are made. The atmosphere in the team is informal and built on a strong team spirit, so an eagerness to build relationships – and a good sense of humour – will help you thrive.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200.00 to 838,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
