Job summary

IO Interactive is seeking a Finance Director to lead the Finance function across its Copenhagen Studio and global studios. The role focuses on automation, governance, and strategic financial guidance in a multi-entity gaming company.

The candidate should bring significant senior finance leadership experience, strong accounting and controlling background, and expertise in ERP transformations, including Unit4 or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior Finance leadership role.
• Strong background across Accounting, Financial Controlling and Business Controlling.
• Experience leading Finance teams in a complex international organisation.
• Experience with ERP transformations (Unit4 or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Finance organisation across IO Interactive's global studios.
• Drive the automation of the finance processes and ensure strong governance and controls.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership on strategic financial decisions.
