Job summary

VITA Brands, part of Fiskars Group, seeks a Business Controller to partner with Operations & Technology, driving financial insights and budgeting. The role collaborates with operational and tech stakeholders to optimize costs and investments in a hybrid Copenhagen office.

The candidate will manage planning, forecasts and month-end processes, delivering actionable financial analysis and robust reporting to support strategic priorities and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in finance business partnering and controlling
• Experience with large data sets to support performance analysis
• Solid understanding of standard cost principles and financial processes in supply chain operations
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, HFM, BW, and Power BI is an advantage
• MSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
• Full fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Lead performance analysis across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and warehousing to inform decisions
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying improvements with cross-functional stakeholders
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close aligned with Group Finance
• Consolidate actuals, budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans for Supply Chain
• Develop reporting frameworks, financial models and cost transparency tools
• Deliver high-quality financial reporting and insights for data-driven decisions
• Define and implement standardized financial controls and reporting practices
• Apply Power BI, SAP, HFM, BW to strengthen reporting capabilities
