Job summary

Terma Group seeks a Purchasing Manager to own the Electrical category, shaping strategy and securing key supplier partnerships. You will work with R&D and sales teams, drive KPIs, and support bids with supplier input.

The role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on support for urgent needs, leveraging a strong supplier network and an informal, collaborative team of 12 in Sourcing at Terma. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing processes, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills for category development.
• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate supplier agreements for electrical components.
• Develop and drive the Electrical category strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet Terma's objectives.
• Support Business Development by supplying supplier input for bids and proposals.
