Job summary

TDC NET is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to drive procurement strategies for civil works, materials and indirect categories. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate favorable terms with key suppliers, and implement procurement best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or any relevant field.
• Significant experience in procurement/strategic sourcing within a large organization.
• ITT and Telecommunication sourcing experience and/or Civil Work Sourcing experience.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to support organizational goals
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement process
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently and effectively
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements
• Implement best practices in procurement to maximize value and minimize risk
• Develop cost-saving strategies while ensuring quality and performance standards are met
• Provide financial analysis and reporting on procurement activities
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible agreements
