Job summary

Terma A/S is seeking a Purchasing Manager to own the Electrical category, driving strategy and supplier partnerships to support Terma's growth in defense and aerospace. You will collaborate with R&D, sales and the Business Development team while maintaining a strong supplier network.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on negotiation and tender support. Fluent English is required; Danish is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Background in supply chain, procurement, logistics or engineering.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the Electrical category strategy and supplier partnerships.
• Drive category KPIs and cross-functional collaboration across Terma.
• Support Business Development with supplier input for bids and proposals.
