Job summary

JYSK is seeking a Head of Range and Design to define the overall product universe and design DNA across sleep, furniture, textiles and décor. Based at the Head Office in Aarhus, you will drive collections that balance Scandinavian aesthetics with commercial success across countries.

You will lead the three‑person Design team, partner with suppliers, and shape product development while travelling 30–40 days per year to stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in design, product development and range management in international retail.
• Strong ability to translate brand/trends into design directions and collections.
• Fluency in English and excellent presentation skills to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop collection architecture and design briefs with Category Management and suppliers.
• Use customer insights, sales data and profitability to guide design decisions and strengthen range performance.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and align with commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E‑Commerce, Visual Merchandising and Sales on campaigns and customer experience.
