Job summary

JYSK seeks Head of Range and Design to define the overall product universe across sleep, furniture, textiles and home décor. You will own the design DNA, translate brand and insights into collections, and shape a scalable, affordable Scandinavian look for markets across countries.

Based at JYSK Head Office in Aarhus, Denmark, you will lead a three-person design team, collaborate with suppliers and marketing, and travel 30–40 days a year to stay close to trends and drive commercial success.

Qualifications

• Strong design vision with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to translate ideas into practical design briefs.
• Deep understanding of Scandinavian design and visual consistency.
• Data-driven decision making using customer insights and sales data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing collection architecture with Category Management and suppliers.
• Using customer insights and profitability to guide design decisions.
• Presenting design concepts to stakeholders and aligning with commercial priorities.
• Collaborating with Marketing, E-Commerce, Visual Merchandising and Sales & Expansion on campaigns and customer experience.
• Leading and developing the Design team and participating in range meetings and supplier visits.
