Zusammenfassung

Systematic Aarhus is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Defence, to help customers extract full operational value from SitaWare after go-live. You will be a trusted partner for customers and bridge the gap between their needs and internal teams across Service Delivery, Sales, Product and Development.

The ideal candidate has military experience as a Captain (OF-2) or higher, plus a relevant bachelor’s degree and extensive customer-facing or consulting background.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher with customer-facing or advisory experience.
• Named point of contact for value/adoption and end-to-end improvement projects.
• Translate customer needs into concrete business outcomes with value.
• Commercial awareness and identifying growth opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior military leaders.
• Ability to work across Product, Sales, Service Delivery and Development.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Build strong, long-term relationships and become the customer’s trusted partner.
• Translate strategic, operational and tactical objectives into clear Customer Success outcomes.
• Drive adoption of SitaWare and move customers from basic implementation to broader use.
• Demonstrate how SitaWare supports procedures, battle rhythms and command processes.
• Develop customer-specific value cases showing financial and operational impact.
• Lead improvement initiatives from opportunity through implementation to value realization.
• Identify opportunities for new use cases, services and expansion based on customer needs.
