Zusammenfassung

Systematic Aarhus, based in Aarhus, Denmark, is seeking a Project & People Manager for Defence Services to lead multiple customer projects deploying SitaWare and Iris, deliver training, and provide technical support while developing the team.

You will manage project delivery, maintain client relationships, expand engagement in markets, and take direct people management responsibilities across the Nordic territories. Occasional travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience leading software or IT projects using agile methods.
• Experience in defence or similar industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Formal people management responsibilities including coaching and development.

Aufgaben

• Ensure delivery to the agreed scope, schedule and quality standards while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Shape and scope solutions with the business development team, prepare estimates and write proposals.
• Direct people and line management including recruitment, employee development and retention.
• Foster an engaging workplace and strong team culture; travel to customer locations across the Nordic region.
