URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Denmark seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver the company’s VIBE philosophy. You will drive customer service, merchandising, and daily operations to create a creative store environment.

This role requires proven leadership in fast-paced fashion retail, a focus on staff development, performance coaching, and achieving store targets through strong communication and teamwork.

• Experience in a management role in fast-paced fashion retail.
• Strong operational skills.
• Understanding of Urban Outfitters culture and its local market appeal.
• Ability to drive sales through excellent service, strong visual presentation, and business understanding.

• Support Health & Safety requirements to protect staff and customers.
• Collaborate with Department Manager or Visual Merchandising Manager on merchandising and floor sets.
• Interpret fashion trends to generate creative solutions for floor plans.
• Ensure floor sets are well organized and scheduled.
• Maximize departmental sales through analysis and creative merchandising from receipt to sale.
• Use company reports to respond to trends and drive business.
• Stay updated on local market trends and customer profiles.
