As our Staff Solution Architect, you'll shape architecture across manufacturing technology and guide product teams towards modern, decoupled solutions. You'll set technical direction, establish engineering standards and support teams as they design and implement complex solutions. Your work will help build a manufacturing technology landscape that supports automation, scalability and operational efficiency.
If you've worked in a role where you've shaped software architecture and steered complex technical solutions, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is connecting architecture decisions with practical implementation and helping teams create technology that can evolve.
You'll join manufacturing technology at the LEGO® team, working alongside product teams and Lead Engineers who are shaping the technology behind manufacturing. You'll bring clear technical communication, collaboration and coaching into the way you work with others. You'll help colleagues navigate complex choices while staying close to both the technology and the teams building it.
In your first year, you'll strengthen architecture direction and technical standards across manufacturing technology. You'll help teams make confident choices as the technology landscape evolves, with a focus on automation, scalability and operational efficiency. Over the next 12–18 months, you'll work closely with manufacturing product teams and Lead Engineers to help create a technology landscape ready for future development and integration.
