You'll help colleagues navigate complex choices while staying close to both the technology and the teams building it. # What success looks likeIn your first year, you'll strengthen architecture direction and technical standards across manufacturing technology. You'll help teams make confident choices as the technology landscape evolves, with a focus on automation, scalability and operational efficiency.
