The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to shape architecture across manufacturing technology and guide product teams from legacy systems toward modern, decoupled solutions. You will set technical direction across 1–2 manufacturing product teams, influencing automation, scalability and operational efficiency.
In this role you will help replace legacy systems with modern architectures, ensuring design and implementation align with engineering standards.
Just imagine shaping the technology landscape that helps manufacture LEGO® bricks. Then make it real.
As our Senior Solution Architect, you'll shape architecture across manufacturing technology and help product teams move from legacy systems towards modern, decoupled solutions. You'll set technical direction across 1–2 manufacturing product teams, guiding design choices that support automation, scalability and operational efficiency.
If you've worked in a role where you've designed and implemented complex solutions while setting technical direction, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is turning thoughtful architecture choices into practical technology that works for manufacturing teams and supports how their products evolve.
You'll join manufacturing technology at the LEGO Group, working alongside product teams and Lead Engineers who are shaping the technology behind manufacturing. You'll bring curiosity and collaboration to technical conversations, communicating clearly as you help colleagues work through complex choices. You'll have the opportunity to influence solutions across teams while staying close to the technology and the people building it.
In your first year, you'll help teams make confident architecture decisions and create a clearer technical direction for manufacturing technology. As the technology landscape develops over the next 12–18 months, you'll help make it easier for product teams to build, integrate and evolve their solutions. Working closely with manufacturing product teams and Lead Engineers, you'll connect architectural direction with practical implementation and help establish a foundation that can support the manufacturing technology landscape ahead.
