Novo Nordisk in Denmark seeks a Sr Manager Commercial Insights & Analytics to lead the CI&A team and set strategic direction for the Danish affiliate. You will translate consumer, HCP and market data into actionable recommendations and guide analytics initiatives across the organization.
You will drive insights days, build analytics dashboards, and coach a five-person team to elevate data-driven decisions and commercial impact across marketing, sales and partnerships.

You will lead the Commercial Insights & Analytics team and set the strategic direction for how data and insights drive commercial decisions in the Danish affiliate.
You will lead a team of five in Commercial Insights & Analytics, reporting to the Director, Marketing & Commercial Excellence. Together, you are part of the Danish affiliate within International Operations.
Your closest partners span multiple functions within Novo Denmark - marketing, medical, sales, partnerships and beyond. You will also connect with counterparts across Business Area West, Region Europe & Canada and headquarters, keeping an eye on practices in other markets and bringing the best of them back to Denmark. Externally, you will work with vendors and networks that support analytics, research and innovation.
This is a role where connecting different perspectives, creating clarity and moving at speed across functions directly strengthens how the affiliate competes and delivers.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,560.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
