Job summary

Carlo Gavazzi is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team in Hadsten on a part-time basis. You will support daily finance operations across three Danish companies, including bookkeeping, payroll, HR administration, and VAT reporting, while contributing to international reporting.

You will work independently with ownership of tasks in a stable, international organization, benefiting from a broad scope and a high degree of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Experience with payroll and personnel administration.
• Structured, accurate, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with IFS is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping and accounting for three Danish companies.
• Invoicing and creditor payments.
• Weekly follow-up on debtors and month-end statements.
• Account reconciliations and VAT reporting.
• Supporting monthly reporting and reporting to the parent company.
• Preparing annual accounts and auditor documentation.
• Payroll processing and absence registration.
• Canteen arrangement and other administrative tasks.
