Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks including invoice processing and payment reconciliation
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records using accounting software
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and accuracy of financial data
• Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
• Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing or payment inquiries

Salary This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month
