Job summary

Pandora is seeking a senior FP&A/Finance Manager in Copenhagen to own and streamline the financial planning calendar for Product & Marketing. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and performance inputs, while building an automation toolchain to replace manual reporting.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in financial planning, reporting or control; end-to-end calendar or close process experience.
• Experience building or running a shared-services or offshore interface with catalogue and quality rhythm.
• Automated at least one recurring reporting process and retired the manual version.
• Ability to manage deadlines and definitions with senior colleagues.

• Own the Product and Marketing financial planning calendar end to end: budget and long-range planning milestones, forecast cycles, month-end and performance review inputs.
• Own the reporting catalogue with clear service levels, and build the automation toolchain that produces the recurring suite.
• Run the functional line into Global Business Services: process catalogue, quality, capacity, one blueprint.
• Run cost control for the CMO, CPO and Global Office envelopes as a trusted service.
• Front the interface to FP&A and CFO, reconciling to one set of definitions.

You will build and run its engine keeping the Product and Marketing finance team connected to the financial heartbeat of the company: one planning calendar, one reporting standard, cost control across worldwide envelopes, and an automation toolchain that makes reporting produce itself. You are shaping how this team runs, and the role grows as the toolchain does. What you will do

• Own the Product and Marketing financial planning calendar end to end: budget and long-range planning milestones, forecast cycles, month-end and performance review inputs, orchestrating and collaborating so that every corporate deadline is met reliably and consistently.
• Own the reporting catalogue with clear service levels, and build the automation toolchain that produces the recurring suite, retiring manual production as you go.
• Run the functional line into our Global Business Services team: process catalogue, quality, capacity, one blueprint.
• Run cost control for the CMO, CPO and Global Office envelopes as a trusted, independent service.
• Front the team's interface to FP&A and the CFO office, reconciling to one set of definitions.

What is needed to succeed

• 7-10 years in financial planning, reporting or control; you have run a planning calendar or close process end to end.
• Experience building or running a shared-services or offshore interface, with the catalogue and quality rhythm to show for it.
• At least one recurring reporting process you automated, with the manual version retired, and genuine energy for doing it again at scale.
• The independence to hold deadlines, definitions and spend hygiene, including with colleagues more senior than you.

Reporting into the Sr Director, Global Product & Marketing Finance, you will be the backbone of a small, senior team with a mandate from the top of the company, and you contribute by making excellent work systematic.
