Job summary

Eurowind Energy A/S is seeking a hands-on Controller for its Spanish operations, joining a European renewable energy group with a growing footprint in Spain. You will build the local finance function, control the full accounting cycle, and support the growth of projects while liaising with Danish HQ.

The role requires accounting expertise across closings, reporting, and compliance, and a business mindset to implement scalable processes in a scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP (PGC) and IFRS.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP).
• Fluent English (minimum B2) or better.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full accounting cycle with external advisors.
• Lead monthly, half-year, and year-end closings with accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee depreciation, VAT, and Corporate Income Tax returns.
• Ensure accruals, deferrals, and proper allocation of income/expenses.
