Job summary

GEA Group is seeking a Sourcing Specialist in Søborg, Denmark to own supplier agreements and the commercial setup for components and services across engineering projects and production activities.

You will collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management and Quality to build strong supplier relationships and translate terms into practical improvements, driving efficiency and automation in purchasing.

Qualifications

• Experience independently managing a smaller category or commercial supplier contracts.
• Ownership of supplier negotiations and agreement implementation.
• Structured approach to supplier follow-up, commercial data and ERP systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier agreements and price lists.
• Run RFQs, evaluate offers and negotiate commercial terms.
• Collect and validate commercial supplier data for ERP implementation.
• Align ordering, confirmation and invoicing processes with suppliers to support efficiency.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to prioritise requirements and follow agreements through to implementation.
