Job summary

WS Audiology Group is seeking a Solution Architect for Enterprise Enablement to shape and govern enterprise technology solutions that drive growth and digital transformation. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and partners to design scalable and secure solutions across our enterprise platforms.

The role covers governance of platforms like SharePoint, Power Platform, Nintex K2, and Azure, with a focus on automation, APIs, and data flows to connect enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture or related roles.
• Experience designing solutions across cloud and enterprise apps.
• Hands-on with SharePoint, Power Platform, Nintex K2 and Azure.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation.
• Knowledge of process automation and RPA (UiPath/Automation Anywhere).
• Experience with Workday and Jira Service Management is an advantage.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and governance principles.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business needs and standards.
• Own architecture, governance, and lifecycle of platforms including SharePoint, Power Platform, Nintex K2, and Azure.
• Drive business process transformation through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Define and oversee integration of architectures, APIs, and data flows across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance through project lifecycles.

• Ensure security, risk management, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive modernization and continuous improvement across enterprise technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose value-adding approaches.

As a Solution Architect for Enterprise Enablement, you will play a key role in shaping and governing enterprise technology solutions that drive business growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence. Acting as a trusted technology advisor, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to design scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions across our enterprise platforms and applications landscape.

What you will do

• Design and govern end-to-end technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, enterprise architecture standards, and strategic objectives.
• Own the architecture, governance, and lifecycle management of platforms, including SharePoint, Power Platform, Nintex K2, and Azure.
• Drive business process transformation initiatives through automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Define and oversee integration of architectures, APIs, and data flows to enable seamless connectivity across enterprise systems and applications.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout project lifecycles, from concept through implementation.
• Establish and maintain architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across platforms and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk management, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive modernization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across enterprise technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches that create business value and improve user experience.

What you bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, Enterprise Platforms, Business Applications, or related technology roles.
• Experience designing and implementing business solutions across cloud and enterprise application environments.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power Platform, Nintex K2, and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, and business process automation.
• Knowledge of process automation and workflow technologies, including exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with Workday and Jira Service Management is considered an advantage.
• Understanding cloud architecture and technology governance principles.
• Knowledge of information security concepts and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
