Job summary

WS Audiology Group in Denmark seeks a Senior Product Owner to own the global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform for the retail backbone. You will shape the governance, roadmap, and scalable rollout across regions, balancing local needs with global standards.

You will lead with a strong finance background, collaborate with Finance, Retail Ops, and IT, and drive adoption of the global template while aligning with Microsoft roadmaps and architecture principles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in ERP.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV – a development background is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Programme Lead or Business Process Owner.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax) and master data management.
• Experience operating and governing multinational ERP solutions, ideally supporting finance organizations in a retail context.
• Experience building processes, governance and roadmaps from scratch, and balancing local requirements against global standards.
• Experience working with Microsoft, global implementation partners and offshore delivery teams.
• A degree in IT, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or similar.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global Business Central product roadmap and backlog direction.
• Evaluate business demand, technical debt, compliance requirements and operational needs, and prioritise investments by business value, risk and strategic fit.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in Finance, Retail Operations and IT, balancing local country requirements against global standards.
• Set up governance and demand management processes that make decision-making transparent across regions.
• Support the rollout of Business Central to new countries by defining scalable processes, validating requirements and driving adoption of the global template.
• Follow the Microsoft roadmap and assess when to use standard functionality instead of customization.
• Work with the Release Manager, Solution Architect and Integration Architect on release planning, and make sure solutions follow architecture, security and global process principles.
• Provide informal leadership to our Business Central developers, setting frameworks for ways of working and code practices including the use of AI tools.
• Manage relationships with Microsoft, implementation partners and app providers, challenge proposed solutions and hold partners accountable for quality and timelines.

As our Senior Product Owner, you will own the global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform that runs the financial backbone of WSA’s retail business. Business Central is already live in several countries, and we expect to double that number within the next three years. You will join our Retail ERP team in Denmark to bring structure, governance and a clear roadmap to the platform – building the ways of working from the ground up, so that Business Central scales with our growth.
