Job summary

DSB is seeking a SOC Team Lead to shape the direction of the SOC and lead incident handling while coordinating with our Managed Detection and Response partner. You will drive improvements to safeguarding critical infrastructure and mentor a diverse team of analysts.

In this role you balance hands-on security work with strategic decisions in a dynamic, technical environment, reporting to the IT Security leadership. A collaborative, proactive approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years working in a SOC or similar security environment.
• Strong operational security work with solid technical understanding and willingness to learn.
• Experience in IT company or large organization with in-house IT or consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Define the SOC roadmap and strategy.
• Plan and deliver security training.
• Provide technical sparring to the team and other parts of the organization.
• Contribute to tenders, ISO audits and supplier follow-ups when needed.
