Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.

• 3+ years in IT with security operations experience.
• Experience in IT Security Operations Center or incident response.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security incidents and problems within the SOC.
• Lead investigations by validating scope, impact and severity.
• Facilitate security projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive service area improvements and robust security controls.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT staff to mature the SOC.
