Job summary

Swedish Match is seeking a Site Integrated Planner to develop and maintain integrated production schedules. You will balance inventory, capacity and material availability while coordinating with planning, manufacturing, warehouse and transportation teams to keep production on track.

This 12-month fixed-term position requires 2+ years in planning with strong Excel and analytical skills. Relocation is not available, and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in a related field and 2+ years in supply chain or planning.
• Experience with structured planning processes and ERP/SCM tools.
• Strong Excel skills and analytics are essential.
• Fluent English is required; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated production schedules.
• Monitor schedule execution and take corrective actions.
• Balance inventory, capacity, and material availability.
• Manage planning exceptions (downtime, shortages).
• Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, warehouse and transportation teams.
• Support supply chain improvement initiatives.
• Improve planning processes and ways of working.
