GEA in Skanderborg is seeking a Site Project Lead to drive on-site installation projects within the Liquid Technologies unit. You will coordinate mechanical installation, planning, procurement and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality results safely and on schedule.

You will lead subcontractors, manage schedules, prepare cost estimates, and report progress using project controls. English proficiency and a practical, hands-on approach are essential in this multinational team.

Formación

• Experience leading site assembly or installation supervision and project delivery.
• Technical qualification in mechanical engineering or piping installation, with practical piping design and lifting operations.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main on-site contact resolving issues, negotiating stakeholder priorities, and coordinating with consultants and authorities.
• Prepare for upcoming installations by assessing material needs, arranging logistics, and supporting contractor selection through URS, RFQs and purchase orders.
• Provide assembly cost estimates to the sales team during tendering.
• Lead assembly teams and subcontractors, allocate resources, and manage deliveries and site supplies.
• Define a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and monitor progress across disciplines, coordinating with engineering teams.
• Ensure HSE compliance, hand over SAT-approved plant to commissioning engineers, and maintain site documentation.
