GEA Liquid Technologies in Skanderborg is seeking a Project Engineer to design and implement liquid processing systems for Nordic customers. You will collaborate across disciplines from sales to handover, including commissioning and start-up, with occasional pre-project and proposal involvement.

Projects typically run 12–18 months, offering exposure to technical and commercial execution and collaboration with procurement and automation teams. Some travel within the Nordic region is expected.

Qualificações

• A degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, dairy engineering or a similar field.
• Previous experience in project engineering, process engineering or equipment design, preferably within food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical or related process industries.
• Experience with commissioning or start-up of liquid processing systems is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle for liquid projects in the Nordic region – from sales through project execution and aftermarket services.
• Contribute to the execution of customer projects from design to handover (including commissioning and start-up), and participate in pre-project and proposal stages.
• Lead and support equipment commissioning, site acceptance testing (SAT), start-up and performance validation activities at customer sites.
• Coordinate process requirements with automation engineers to support functional design and commissioning activities.
• Travel in the Nordic region for customer meetings and site activities.
