Job summary

AXON Networks seeks a SIM Card Operations Manager to strengthen SIM lifecycle governance, inventory controls, and vendor coordination. You will lead profile development, BAP testing, and platform integration within the Mobility group.

The role calls for hands-on management of SIM vendors and OSS/BSS workflows, with a focus on operational maturity and scalable processes across global operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in SIM operations, mobile technology, OSS/BSS, or technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Own SIM inventory operations: manage inventory documentation, tracking, lifecycle readiness, and controls.
• Lead SIM profile development: coordinate profile creation/updates with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage BAP testing: oversee testing for new SKUs and approve/decline new BAPs within requirements.
• Drive platform integration: support integration of SIM management tools into the AXON Mobility platform and workflows.
• Lead technology evaluation: run proofs of concept for SIM-related technologies and improvements.
• Manage strategic vendors: maintain day-to-day relationships with Valid, Thales, and other partners.
• Own SIM profile lifecycle management: ordering, maintenance, OTA strategy, termination, end-of-life, replacements.
• Improve operational maturity: monitor market solutions and recommend process, tooling, vendor improvements.
