Job summary

Organic Basics is offering a six-month full-time internship in Copenhagen as a Sample & Showroom Intern to support the Wholesale Team. The role focuses on maintaining the Sample Management System (SMS), updating masterdata files, organizing the showroom, and coordinating with agents and clients for meetings and trade fairs (CPHFW).

Start as soon as possible, no later than October 12, 2026. The position is paid as an honorary salary, and the location is Copenhagen with office days required.

Qualifications

• Structured, detail-oriented and enjoy administrative and data-focused work.
• Proficient with Excel/spreadsheets and keeping information accurate.
• Proactive, reliable and takes ownership of tasks.
• Clear communicator, able to coordinate with colleagues, agents and clients.
• Hands-on and comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks.
• Able to manage several ongoing tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Good team player and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain the Sample Management System (SMS) with accurate statuses and locations.
• Fill in and maintain masterdata files for the wholesale collection (prices, materials, colours, sizes).
• Organise and maintain the showroom and prepare samples for client meetings and trade fairs.
• Track incoming and outgoing samples and coordinate requests with agents and clients.
• Support the wholesale team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Update sales assets and collection presentations.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as needed by the team.
