Job summary

FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies is seeking a Product Owner to lead ServiceNow deliverables end-to-end, oversee operations and maintenance, and drive adoption globally. You will ensure business needs are met through stakeholder management and strong communication, with admin rights on the platform.

You will perform configuration tasks, drive small deployment or upgrade projects, test vendor updates, and support audits and GxP validation.

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience managing systems, preferably in pharma.
Understanding and knowledge of GAMP5.
Strong analytical, networking and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Relate to customer: manage LoB, customers and users expectations; provide a single point of contact and escalation for IT systems.
Relate to system: produce system specific reports, monitor upgrades and maintain documentation.
Relate to process: identify and manage new IT requirements; facilitate risk management with stakeholders.
Relate to validation requirements: support audits/inspections; write system documentation for GxP IT systems.
Relate to project management: drive small development/upgrade projects; coordinate optimization with vendor.
Relate to vendor: follow-up on vendor deliveries and services per agreement.
