Job summary

Ascendis Pharma A/S in Copenhagen seeks a Product Owner for Product Supply IT to shape product direction and align business priorities with IT delivery.

You will work in a self-organizing team, translate business needs into clear priorities, manage the backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Europe and the US.

This role requires experience in Agile environments and familiarity with supply chain or ERP processes; travel 5-15 days per year.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in Agile product development and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of Product Supply, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, or ERP processes; MS D365 FO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Product Supply IT solutions.
• Work in a self-organizing product team to deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, align expectations, and maximize business value.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog with transparency and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of product capabilities and ways of working across Product Supply IT.
• Participate in daily operations to ensure stable solutions and fast incident resolution.
• Vendor management for products and contracts relevant to the team.
