Job summary

FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies is seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst for QC Applications in Denmark. You will manage Labware LIMS and Empower systems, lead vendor coordination, and ensure validated, compliant operation across GMP-relevant environments.

The role includes overseeing upgrades, contributing to IT projects, and transferring knowledge to peers while maintaining a high standard of quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in computer science, engineering, or similar field.
• 15+ years in IT systems operation and maintenance, preferably in pharma.
• Experience with Labware LIMS and Empower administrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for Labware LIMS and Empower.
• Lead site contact to vendors; coordinate system updates and track issues.
• Maintain validated state of systems and document QMS/validation artifacts.
• Drive upgrade projects; participate in IT and compliance projects.
• Promote ITIL/ITSM practices and optimize IT processes.
