Job summary

The Cloud People is seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI & Platform Data Architect to help customers build data and platform foundations for AI adoption. You will work across CSDM, CMDB, configuration and asset data, governance and AI Control Tower capabilities.

Key responsibilities include designing architecture, leading data maturity initiatives, and guiding data governance and AI-enabled platform strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience in platform architecture, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM or data architecture.
• Experience designing CMDB structures, relationships, data models and governance.
• Experience with AI Control Tower or ServiceNow AI capabilities is a plus.

As we continue to grow, we are investing heavily in our ServiceNow AI capabilities and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI & Platform Data Architect to join our team.

In this role, you will help our customers build the data and platform foundation needed to successfully adopt AI, working across CSDM, CMDB, configuration and asset data, data quality and governance. You will also contribute to our growing ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) capabilities, helping customers connect their platform and data strategy with AI, automation and business value.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform and data architecture, particularly CSDM and CMDB.
• Experience designing and implementing CMDB structures, relationships, data models and governance.
• Strong understanding of Configuration Management and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management, HAM and/or SAM.
• Experience improving CMDB and data quality, including data governance and ownership.
• Understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping and integrations and their role in maintaining reliable configuration data.
• Experience assessing customer environments and defining platform, data and maturity roadmaps.
• An understanding of how strong data foundations enable AI, automation and intelligent operations.
• Interest in or experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) and AI governance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers.

Typical traits

• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, preferably within platform architecture, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, ITAM or data architecture.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-Data Foundations, CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM or CTA are an advantage.
• Experience with AI Control Tower or ServiceNow AI capabilities is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused and comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in English + local language
