Job summary

Tetra Pak Danmark A/S is seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in Denmark. You will deliver preventive maintenance, install and commission equipment, and provide on-site support to our customers, acting as a main point of contact and ambassador for Tetra Pak.

The role involves 70-80% travel across western Denmark, with overnight stays, and requires technical education, hands-on mechanical/electrical work, and fluent Danish and good English.

Qualifications

• Technical education with hands-on mechanical/electrical/mechatronic background.
• Fluent Danish and good English, strong communication skills.
• Experience with automation and PLC systems is advantageous.

Job Summary

Our organization is growing at a high pace, that’s why we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Field Service Engineer to join our team.

In this role you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services. You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide. That’s why we consider this role to be of great importance.

The position is permanent and based in Denmark (Tetra Pak Danmark A/S).
The role involves approximately 70-80% travel, depending on the candidate's place of residence, including regular overnight hotel stays and periods away from home.
As the vast majority of our customers are located in the western part of Denmark, it is preferable that you are based in the central part of Jutland to best support our customers and minimize travel time.

What you will do

• Liaise with customers to establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship as well as follow-up with customers' concerns and problems
• Provide installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services on Tetra Pak Processing Equipment as well as to drive continuous improvement at the customer's plant
• Carry out the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and control systems.
• Manage Service reporting, admin and documentation related to activities.
• Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements and promote a safe working culture in the team

We believe you have

• Technical education
• Practical experience within mechanical, electrical or mechatronic fields
• Fluent both in written and spoken Danish and good English
• Experience in automation and PLC systems is an advantage
• Experience from process plants within the food industry is considered an advantage
