Job summary

Milestone Systems is seeking a Site Operations Assistant to split time between our canteen and reception at our Brøndby office. This part-time role supports a welcoming workplace and helps keep the office clean and organized for the day ahead.

You'll work Monday to Friday 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with potential extra hours during holidays or to cover colleagues. Prior hospitality experience is not required; a positive attitude and reliability are key.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily dishwashing and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen and canteen.
• Assisting the canteen team with food preparation and daily tasks.
• Welcoming guests and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Answering incoming phone calls and helping direct enquiries.
• Supporting the reception team with light administrative tasks.
• Helping ensure our office remains welcoming, organized, and ready for employees and visitors throughout the day.

The Opportunity

As a Site Operations Assistant, you'll split your time between supporting our canteen and welcoming guests in reception. You'll be an important part of our Site Operations team, helping ensure our office is clean, welcoming, and ready for the day.

This is a part-time position with working hours Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with opportunities for additional hours during holiday periods and when covering for colleagues.

Location: Brøndby, Greater Copenhagen Area.

What You'll Do

• Supporting daily dishwashing and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen and canteen.
• Assisting the canteen team with food preparation and daily tasks.
• Welcoming guests and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience—we're much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

This role could be a great fit if you:

• Have recently finished high school or are taking a sabbatical year.
• Enjoy working with people and delivering great service.
• Like practical tasks and don't mind rolling up your sleeves when needed.
• Are reliable, responsible, and happy to take ownership of your work.
• Can stay organized and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Speak conversational Danish and English.
• Are flexible and able to work extra hours during holiday periods or when covering colleagues.

Experience from a café, restaurant, hotel, retail, reception, or other customer-facing role is a plus—but it's certainly not a requirement.
