JYSK is seeking a Senior Test Automation Consultant to lead SAP test automation efforts across our global teams. You will drive governance, mentor champions, and ensure a consistent handover of automated testing practices as we scale Tosca across SAP modules including S/4HANA and EWM.

You will work in an international setting with a strong emphasis on collaboration, change management, and continuous improvement, supported by Tosca training and an openness to other automation tools.

Qualificações

• Good knowledge of SAP and its modular structure across processes.
• Solid experience with software testing and the principles behind test automation.
• Experience leading projects or changes across teams and strong stakeholder management.
• Working experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
• Experience with Tosca is an advantage; familiarity with other tools is relevant.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and train product team members, including new colleagues when training finishes.

Senior Test Automation Consultant

Do you want to safeguard the quality of the SAP solutions released for our JYSK business entities around the world? Are you passionate about testing and test automation in SAP, and do you like getting colleagues on board and sharing best practices with them? If so, we have the perfect challenge for you.

You will be working across our 18 agile SAP product teams, which are responsible for delivering new SAP releases and developments to our JYSK business internationally.

JYSK has recently moved from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA. During the project we built up automated testing in Tricentis Tosca with help from external consultants. They are now on their way out, and the work is being handed over to our own product teams. You will get the role of Senior Test Automation Consultant, SAP, and you will be responsible for making that handover work and for developing the area from there.

You get the area at a good time. The tool is in place, the first automated tests are running, and management has decided that all SAP teams must work with test automation. You will be driving the SAP test automation agenda at JYSK.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

Our product teams will own and run their automated tests themselves with a shift-left approach. Each team has one or more test automation champions, mostly SAP consultants, who are being trained in Tricentis Tosca at the moment. You will support them and make sure that we work in the same way across the teams.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Setting standards and governance for automated testing in Tricentis Tosca across our SAP systems (S/4HANA, SAP EWM and others) and following up on them
• Running our governance meetings and the Community of Practice for the test automation champions
• Coaching and training product team members, including new colleagues when the current training programme has finished
• Helping the teams when they run into technical problems in Tosca
• Keeping our on-premise Tosca installation maintained and updated to ensure our SAP product teams have a well-functioning test automation environment.

A large part of the job is change management and explaining why we are doing this and to get people on board. You need to know the tool well enough to be credible when you do that.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

Personality and drive matter more to us than how many years you have worked with a particular tool. We are looking for a new colleague who can say yes to:

• Good knowledge of SAP. You understand how the system is structured, how processes run across modules and how to find the data you need. Which module area you come from is less important as all areas in JYSK are involved
• Solid experience with software testing and the principles behind test automation
• Experience leading projects, test phases or changes across teamsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, also when people are sceptical at first
• Working experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM)

Experience with Tricentis Tosca is an advantage, but not a requirement. Experience with other tools such as Worksoft, UFT or Selenium is also relevant, and so are Tricentis Tosca or ISTQB/TMap certifications. You could be a test manager from larger SAP projects, a test automation consultant who would like a permanent position, or an SAP consultant or super user who has worked a lot with SAP and testing.
