Qualifications

• 8+ years in operational readiness or large-scale infra projects.
• PM background delivering complex transition-to-operations programs.
• Experience with ISMS.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Defence & Security readiness across teams.
• Lead mobilisation, transfer, and handover before commercial operation.
• Coordinate stakeholders across operations, delivery, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Manage cyber, information security, and physical security requirements.
• Ensure ISMS compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Drive readiness reviews, inspections, and sign-off processes.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, interfaces, delivery challenges.
• Provide readiness reporting to executive governance forums.
• Support change management and transfer into operations teams.
