Technical Project Manager (Defence & Security / ISMS)

Location: Gentofte, Denmark
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead Defence & Security operational readiness activities for a major critical infrastructure project, ensuring a seamless transition from construction into live operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Defence & Security readiness across project and operational teams.
- Lead operational readiness, mobilisation, transfer, and handover activities before commercial operation.
- Coordinate stakeholders across operations, project delivery, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Manage cyber, information security, and physical security requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with ISMS, governance frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive operational acceptance, readiness reviews, inspections, and documentation sign-off processes.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, interfaces, and delivery challenges.
- Provide readiness reporting and support executive-level governance forums.
- Support change management and ensure successful transfer into operational support teams.
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years' experience in operational readiness, security operations, OT/IT security, critical infrastructure, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong Technical Project Management background delivering complex transition-to-operations programmes.
- Experience with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, information security, and physical security.
- Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) and industrial cybersecurity principles.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across complex organisations.
- Strong risk, dependency, governance, and operational acceptance management experience.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Offshore wind, energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure sector experience.
- Knowledge of Polish regulatory and critical infrastructure requirements.
- Experience working within joint ventures and international environments.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, IEC 62443, PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL.
