Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology & Innovation to shape control systems for off-road machinery. You will lead Architects and Innovation Engineers, drive architecture and technology choices, and define the roadmap for Controllers, Displays, and Joysticks across global sites.

In this role you will translate market and regulatory trends into scalable platform solutions, influence decisions at senior levels, and foster talent development while enabling future product development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams in engineering, technology, or product development.
• Strong background in embedded/mechatronic system design.
• Proven ability to define technology strategies and roadmaps for complex products.
• Knowledge of functional safety and machinery regulations.
• Experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technology roadmap for Controllers, Displays, Remote Controls, and Joysticks.
• Lead Architects and Innovation Engineers, promoting collaboration and technical excellence.
• Own architecture principles and technology choices for future generations of products.
• Build a pipeline moving ideas from exploration to product development.
• Translate market, regulatory, and tech trends into engineering opportunities.
