Job summary

Weibel Scientific in Allerød, Denmark, is seeking a System Test Manager to lead system test activities across the development lifecycle of advanced radar products. You will plan, prioritize, and drive one or several Scrum teams of test engineers to ensure hardware and software meet requirements, performance targets, quality standards, and customer expectations.

You will join a cross-functional leadership team and coordinate with other test managers to maximize reuse and improve testing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in system testing of complex HW/SW
• Proven technical leadership, managing test teams in agile
• Experience with Requirements and Test management tools (Helix)
• Strong understanding of test automation tools/methodologies
• Experience with systems engineering for complex systems
• ISTQB or equivalent cert is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with radar systems or military complex systems is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive integration, functional, performance, robustness, environmental and regression testing across Scrum teams
• Define test scope and backlogs, milestones and delivery expectations
• Align with other System Test Managers on shared methods and resources
• Establish test readiness criteria and report product maturity, coverage and risks
• Drive automation, data quality and continuous improvement in test processes
• Support customer demonstrations, qualification activities and formal acceptance testing
• Act as technical lead and mentor for System Test Engineers
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Hardware and Software teams to define test requirements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
