Job summary

Weibel Scientific in Denmark seeks a Senior Microwave Engineer to drive oscillator development from concept to deployment in radar systems. You will collaborate with analog, digital, and mechanical engineers to advance high‑performance microwave oscillators for Doppler radar solutions.

You will join the Antenna R&D Group in an Agile environment, contributing to architectural improvements with system architects. A MSc/PhD in EE or Physics and hands‑on oscillator experience are required.

Qualifications

MSc or PhD in EE or related field with RF/microwave focus.
Hands-on oscillator design experience (VCOs, DROs, PLLs) and phase-noise optimization.
Strong RF/microwave systems background and product lifecycle knowledge.
Familiarity with regulatory (radio/EMC) and military standards in critical industries.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize oscillator modules for radar applications.
Research new oscillator technologies to improve phase noise and stability.
Serve as SME for oscillator designs and their integration.
Support prototype assembly, testing, and DFM to ensure smooth transfer to production.
Provide engineering guidance and root-cause analysis for production and customers.
