Topsoe is seeking a Global Rewards Specialist to independently plan and lead the annual rewards cycle, including compensation reviews, merit reviews, STI plans, and employee share programs. As our new Global Rewards Specialist, you will independently plan and lead the operational cycle of our annual rewards processes. These include compensation and merit reviews, STI plans and our annual Employee Share and investment programs. The tasks involved are:
During our annual salary negotiations, you will assist with system support and data and analysis.
Other tasks will be on ad hoc basis and will include support to projects and processes. The most important projects the first half year of 2027 will be the implementation of our revised Job Architecture and Pay Transparency initiatives.
Collaboration is at the heart of our approach, and you will work closely with colleagues across the organization, providing support, advice, and insights to Human Resources and managers.
We will ensure that you are properly onboarded and have access to support and sparring, investing in your learning journey and professional growth.
Experience with annual merit and compensation reviews, benchmarking compensation and benefits, and data analysis is essential. You have worked through the annual cycle at least twice and you are curious to learn more and take responsibility.
You have a relevant academic degree within Finance, HR, IT or Economics.
You bring a strong analytical mindset, a passion for rewards operations and you are dedicated to delivering solutions that are simple and relevant.
Your high attention to quality is evident in your data, analyses, and process deliveries. You collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders, treating them as partners in driving improvements, and you communicate clearly and promptly both verbally and in writing. You are digitally savvy, with hands-on experience in SuccessFactors or similar Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and you excel at turning analytics and insights into actionable policies and effective stakeholder management.
Your communication and training skills ensure stakeholders feel informed and empowered, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where alignment and feedback are key to success.
