Job summary

Too Good To Go in Copenhagen is hiring a Staff Product Manager for Parcels to own the consumer shopping experience end to end—from discovery to checkout and repeat purchases. You will decide how Parcels integrates with the core app and lead cross-functional squads of Design, Engineering and Data.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, including significant time at Senior or Staff level solving consumer‑facing problems at scale.
• B2C e-commerce experience, including owning conversion, basket and checkout, or retention for online retail, grocery, marketplace or D2C business.
• Strong experimentation and analytical skills; design sound A/B tests and read funnels and cohorts.
• Commercial mindset; understand e‑commerce economics (AOV, CAC, LTV, margin) and prioritize.
• Deep customer empathy; run user research and translate insights into bets.
• Strategic and hands-on; shift between long‑term vision and sprint details.
• Strong partnership with Design and Engineering to land great solutions through iteration.
• Influence; align across functions and leadership with evidence.
• Experience shaping a multi‑product consumer app and integrating new propositions into an app.

Responsibilities

• Set the consumer strategy for Parcels and define a multi-year vision with OKRs and a sequenced roadmap.
• Shape integration of Parcels with the core app and test options balancing Parcels growth with marketplace health.
• Build a best-in-class e-commerce funnel from discovery to checkout and optimize for conversion, AOV and order frequency.
• Solve issues unique to Parcels like changing assortment and short shelf life using merchandising and personalization.
• Turn first-time buyers into regulars through activation, reorder loops, and lifecycle touchpoints.
• Grow with commercial discipline by understanding basket composition, margin, and cost to serve.
• Lead through insight by combining product analytics, A/B testing, and user research and reporting on key metrics.
• Mentor other PMs and be a go-to voice on ecommerce product practice across the org.
• Bring outside-in insights from leading grocery and D2C players to keep Parcels ahead.
