Pandora is seeking a Tactical Planning Senior Specialist for Midterm Planning to join our Global Supply Chain. You will link long-term S&OP decisions with short-term execution to fulfil demand while managing supply, capacity, production, and materials across our global network.
You will own weekly mid-term S&OP, assess capacity, drive network optimization, identify constraints, ensure readiness for launches, and provide data-driven recommendations. Based at our Copenhagen HQ in Denmark.

As our Tactical Planning Senior Specialist for Midterm Planning, you will act as the link between long-term S&OP decision-making and short-term execution, ensuring we can fulfil demand while proactively managing supply, capacity, production, and material constraints. Working closely with stakeholders across Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Craft & Supply, you will help secure product availability, inventory health, and sustainable growth.
